Scope of this notice

The site itself has no advertising pixels, analytics script, account registration or document collection form. The embedded OneCal calendar is a separate service with its own practices. That describes the application; it does not mean that visiting a website leaves no technical record with a browser, network or hosting provider.

Website requests and hosting

Netlify hosts the educational pages. Opening a page requires a network request, which includes information needed to deliver it. Hosting and security systems may process request details such as an IP address and requested URL.

Read Netlify’s privacy policy for its own practices and scope. This notice does not certify the contents or retention period of every hosting log. Netlify’s statements about its own marketing website should not be read as a list of trackers installed on this site.

Calculators on your device

Calculations run in the page on your device. The current calculator code does not submit the inputs, set cookies or save them in browser storage. There is no account in which to retrieve saved scenarios.

Browser features can restore fields or keep a page session available. A reload is not a reliable promise that information has been erased. Avoid entering sensitive figures on a shared device, and take care with screenshots or copied results that you choose to share.

Search and the address bar

Search filters the resource links already loaded in the page. As you type, the website updates the URL without requesting another page. The search words and selected filters can therefore become part of browser history or a copied link.

A reload, a new visit to that address or a shared link can send the query in a request to the host. Search for general topics such as working capital or home care licensing. Do not include a patient name, a private business identity or confidential financial figures.

Booking and direct contact

Booking links lead to the contact page, where the OneCal calendar appears within this website. Loading the calendar makes requests to OneCal even before you submit a booking. OneCal’s notice explains that bookings made through its links include stored data such as the time, attendee details and custom responses. Review OneCal’s privacy notice before submitting information. The recipient also receives information needed for the booking.

If you email the business contact, the email and the details you include are handled through the recipient’s email service. Start with a brief inquiry. This website is not a secure document room for patient files, employee records or a seller’s financial package.

Sensitive records and later review

Do not assume that deleting names makes a care record suitable for general sharing. HHS describes specific de-identification methods and conditions. Whether a record may be shared depends on the information and the applicable requirements. (Source: HHS, de-identification guidance.)

Before detailed transaction work, agree on what is needed, who may receive it and the transfer method. A calendar booking is not that agreement. The contact page explains what is useful at the introductory stage.

Send privacy questions to the business contact above, with enough context to identify the interaction. Avoid attaching private records to the first message. A request concerning OneCal or Netlify may also require their published process.
